Which dvd workout works the best and the fastest to give flat tone abs, tone thighs, etc thats CHEAP?
I want to have toned abs or toned stomach and tighter thighs for the summer. Which dvd workout works the best and the fastest, that I can find online for really cheap.
I really dont want to loose weight I just want to be more tone and tight.
I’m using the Charlie Brooks one (you mightn’t have heard of her if you’re not in the UK) – it has a ton of good reviews on Amazon though and I’m finding it really good. It’s hard work at first but I like that because at least I know I’m getting somewhere!
