Yoga Hand
Asian meditation and yoga studies help?
Anyone out there ever go to Asian and study anything like this? Have a mentor and everything? I’m really interested in going there for a year and living with monks and really learning everything I can about meditation in general, but I know yoga and meditation can go hand in hand really well. I’m looking for any information you guys have on it and if maybe you have ever attempted anything like this?

As far as I know, the guru/murshid chooses the chela/murid and not the other way round. If you are chosen, you will be called. And nothing can escape destiny insha’Allah.
